Food safety, hand hygiene practices, and our cleanly kitchen & retail locations have always been of up most importance to us. Due to the COVID-19 we have added additional sanitation and safety measures at our retail and kitchen levels to ensure the safety of our team members and community.

  • All retail locations are OPEN.
  • Please be aware of others and practice social distancing when shopping in store. We ask you stay 6 feet away from others while shopping.
  • Masks are required when shopping at all MN retail locations.

When do my meals ship?

One Time Orders: One time orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday’s via 1-2 day UPS shipping. Orders placed anytime Tuesday through Thursday are shipped out on the following Monday. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are shipped on Monday. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday are shipped on Wednesday.
Meal Plans: If you select your meals Tuesday through Thursday, they will be shipped the following Monday. If you select your meals Friday or Saturday, your meals will be shipped on Tuesday. If you do not select meals by midnight on Saturday, we will pick our best selling meals and ship your order to you. You may pause or cancel your meal plan at any time!

Spend $125+ on your purchase and receive free shipping to the following states: North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the U.S.

How do you ship my order?

We safely package all of your meals and ship through UPS 1-2 day shipping. Meals are cooked fresh and placed in the freezer the day before the meals are shipped. They are then placed in an insulated cardboard box and kept cold with solid frozen ice packs to ensure your meals arrive safely.

What locations do you ship to?

We can ship directly to your residence, whether that be a house, condo, apartment, etc. Meals can also be shipped to businesses and|or your place of work. We even ship directly to any hotel, which is perfect when you travel and want to have your meals delivered to your vacation location.

How do I know the status of my order?

After we receive your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation, which proves that the order was placed and that we received it. You will also receive a UPS tracking number once your meals have been shipped.

All orders placed Tuesday-Saturday will be shipped every Monday. All Sunday orders will be shipped every Tuesday. All Monday orders will be shipped every Wednesday.

Once your order has been shipped, it will arrive to you within 1-2 days via UPS.

What happens if my box has a shipping delay?

If you have not received your box within 48 hours from the date it was shipped, please contact us at hungry2help@powerplatemeals.com

What payment options do you offer?

Online: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We unfortunately do not accept cash, international credit cards, COD’s, checks, or money orders.

In Stores: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as cash and ApplePay. Unfortunately we do not accept checks.

How long do your meals last?

Meals will arrive frozen if shipped to ensure safe arrival of meals. If placed in freezer, meals are good for up to 4 months for best quality from the date listed on the front of the meal. If meals are placed in fridge to thaw, we suggest eating them within 5 days.

If you order past menu items at a discount, we recommend keeping these meals frozen until ready to eat, then thaw prior to eating.

Meals picked up fresh in stores are good for 7 days in the fridge from the date the meals were made.

What is the difference of the Meal Delivery menu & past menu items?

Meal Delivery Menu: Every 2 weeks we offer 14 meals that we cook fresh right before we ship them. These meals are full retail price and are good in the fridge 7 days from the date they were cooked.

Past Menu Items: We offer a variety of discounted menu items from our previous menus to provide our customers with extra variety and a way to purchase meals at a discounted price. These meals may be from 2-4 menu cycles past. The date on the front could be up to 8 weeks prior. These meals are not expired. We froze them when they were 4 days fresh. We recommend keeping these meals frozen until ready to eat. You can thaw these meals out prior to re-heating.

We always recommend eating our meals within 4 months from the date on the front of the meal for best quality. This is the date we cooked the meal.

What are Clean & Simple Meals?

We offer 2 Clean & Simple Meals on our bi-weekly changing menu. These meals have 3 ingredients and have no sauce or seasoning on them. Keep them simple or make them your own, each meal is made up of 4oz protein, 3.5oz carb, and 3oz vegetable. You will find these meals in our Meal Delivery Menu.

Can I scan my meals into MyFitnessPal?

Yes!!! Scan our meals into MyFitnessPal app and stay on track with our healthy meals.

How often can I re-order meals?

You can order meals as frequent as you would like. You can order on a one time, weekly, and monthly basis, whatever works best for you! Our menu does change every 2 weeks, so there is always something new to try!!! You can also sign up for our weekly meal plans and get meals shipped to you every week, while saving money.

Can I freeze and reheat my meals? What is the best way to store them?

You can freeze and reheat your meals.

The best way to store your meals is either in a refrigerator or freezer.

Reheating instructions:

  1. Remove lid.
  2. Place container in microwave for 90 seconds to 2.5 minutes if food is thawed, or 4-5 minutes if food is frozen. We recommend placing your frozen meal in the fridge the night prior to eating, then follow microwave instructions.
  3. Minimum cook temperature should be at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Let food cool prior to eating. Caution hot steam after heating.

Is there a minimum meal purchase for orders?

Yes, we have a 4 meal minimum purchase on regular shipping orders. If you shop in store or pre-order for in store pick up, there is no minimum required.
